- Experienced staff will ignite their curiosity and support them in developing a positive attitude, build strong relationships where they take responsibility for themselves.
- We will ensure that they are respectful, feel happy, safe, secure and are kind towards others.
- We will provide a stimulating and engaging environment that promotes independence, confidence and opportunities to explore.
- We understand the importance of following children’s interests and needs through play both indoors and outdoors.
- All of this will strengthen the building blocks to support them in reaching the Early Learning Goals at the end of their Reception year and to shape their future as they move on to Year 1.
