Tree planting

Last week, the eco-committee spent some time planting trees and bulbs that had been donated by the Woodland Trust (website) and Bulbs4Kids (website).

We planted the following saplings:

• 10 rowan
• 10 silver birch
• 10 wild cherry

We also planted lots of bulbs too. The eco-committee chose where they wanted to plant them and used spades and trowels to dig up the soil. We will have to wait until spring to see the bulbs!
